ReSTOR

The ReSTOR lens is a premium or presbyopia-correcting lens designed for excellent distance and near vision. The ReSTOR lens uses multi-focal optics with a portion of the lens designed to focus things clearly in the distance and a central portion designed to focus objects up close, such as for reading. The ReSTOR lens uses specialized apodized optics, which help focus light from different distances.

Strengths:
Excellent distance and near vision with slightly less risk of halos then the ReZoom lens.

Weaknesses:
Fixed focal distance that is approximately 14 inches for reading. There is still a chance of glare and halos around lights.
